Who will carry out the conveyancing?
A named and experienced case manager will be allocated once you have appointed us. They will keep you advised throughout and will send you copy documents and information where appropriate. |

How long will it take?
This depends on the property and chain. If you are buying an empty house and you have no sale then the transaction will progress as quickly as you can get your mortgage agreed and the information is supplied by the vendor’s solicitor. If there is a chain, the transaction will only complete as quickly as the slowest one in the chain unfortunately. We can give no guarantees in these circumstances but suggest you expect a period of 6-8 weeks. |

What happens if the purchase/sale does not proceed?
The case is aborted and you do not owe us a penny. Our invoice only becomes payable upon exchange. Please note, however, that your search fees and 3rd party costs will be payable once undertaken even if the purchase/sale does not proceed. |
